The company of Business Consulting DGA was entered on the list of Authorised Advisers of New Connect companies. It will provide consulting services to young, dynamic companies on how to acquire the capital for innovations at the moment of entering the stock exchange.

Business Consulting DGA S.A. will advise the company – a future issuer – on, among other things, how to prepare the necessary documentation so as to be admitted to the New Connect stock exchange and how to fulfil the conditions of introducing financial instruments. Once the company is already present on the stock exchange, the task of the Authorised Adviser consists in cooperating with the issuer on a current basis in the scope of exercising supervision over their obligatory actions and in fulfilling informational obligations.

The decision on entering DGA S.A. on the list of Authorised Advisers was made in mid-January. New Connect is the last year’s idea of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. It is a platform of financing and trading for young companies with high growth potential, which want to make a competitive advantage out of the innovative character of their products or services. It can be used by starting-up companies which are still in the process of creating their own history. They should be characterised by high dynamics of growth and pro-innovativeness – either resulting from the market sector in which they operate, or from own ideas for further development.
