Business continuity management

The aim of business continuity management is to provide our Clients with key products or services in the situation where the usual business activity conducted in their organisation has been disrupted. This allows organisations to achieve their objectives, fulfil legal requirements, as well as to create competitive advantage.
A specific aspect of business continuity is the management of continuity of IT services – this is particularly important for companies which have built their competitive advantage basing on efficient information management and automation of processes.

  • analysis of activity – specification of requirements to be fulfilled by an organisation in the scope of business continuity,
  • identification of sources of disruption of the activity – specification of strategies ensuring business continuity,
  • preparation of plans of reaction to incidents disrupting the activity,
  • testing and maintaining strategies and plans implemented.

These activities are supplemented by the business continuity management program, aimed at coordinating the abovementioned processes, and by the program of creation of continuity culture amongst employees.
