An expert in planning strategies of business entities and restructuring programs. He specialises in solving key problems of the power industry, being a co-author of the model of the Polish energy market. A Certified Management Consultant and a Member of the Council of the Greater Poland Chapter of Business Centre Club.

Higher education – a graduate of the Planning and Management Department of the Poznań University of Economics. She started her career in the Financial and Legal Services Company Bonus and has worked for Doradztwo Gospodarcze DGA SA since 1995. On a daily basis she deals with the issue of securing funds from the European Union. As the Member of the Management Board of the Company she supervises two departments: the Department of Development and the Marketing Department. Certified Management Consultant. Since March 2007 she has been a member of the governing body of The Association of Stock Exchange Issuers, a local government organisation of companies quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Mirosław Marek

An expert in the field of European funds and the business support policy, with long experience as a representative of the State Treasury in Supervisory Boards of commercial law companies. A graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology and the National School of Public Administration. In the years 1993-1996 he worked at the Ministry of Ownership Transformation, where he handled the issues of reprivatization. Between 1997 and 2002 he performed the function of the Director of the Department of Craft and Small and Medium Enterprises in the Ministry of Economy. In the years 2002 2006 he was the President of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

Janusz Wiśniewski

Janusz Wiśniewski has a long experience in managing major economic organisations.
Currently, he is the President of the Management Board of the Central Association of Engineers and Technicians of Oil and Gas Industry, the President of the Polish-Brazilian Business Chamber and the Member of World Petroleum Council. In the years 2002-2005, he performed the function of the Vice President of the Management Board and the acting President of the Management Board of Polski Koncern Naftowy S.A. (Polish Oil Concern ORLEN S.A.), respectively. In the years 2005-2007, he was the Partner of Ernst&Young Polska.

Anna Olszowa
